Ben ran in our city's Turkey Trot. This was his first race. This happened on Thanksgiving morning, but I am just now posting it...life is busy. He completed the 1 mile race in 8:33 minutes, coming in 12th out of many hundreds of others...not bad for his first race. Keep in mind, he is 9 years old and has only in the past 2 months been running as an extra-curricular activity. I am very proud of him. Obviously Ben is number 1128.
Last weekend, Dec. 6th, Ben and Aaron ran in the city's Jingle Bell Run. I will post that picture in a little bit.
