Well, I managed to get the crud, and I got it so bad! Every part of me hurts, bad. Coughing that is painful and not very productive. Fever.
I had been taking over the counter meds to treat the symptoms, which were not really even touching the pain...I cannot even eat because my throat is so sore. Christmas morning was very difficult for me because I felt so bad, and everything was so chaotic and loud, and I just couldn't handle it.
I needed some strong medication quick. I cannot even hardly help myself, much less the kids and the household, and the pain, oh my gosh, the pain...
Jason ended up taking me to the ER so I could get some pain medication...I got a shot in my behind, and a prescription for a steriod to clear up the virus infection, a cough syrup to help with coughing and some pain meds. The pain meds are better than over the counter ones, but it still isn't taking it completely away. argh...

I hate you were not feeling well on Christmas. It is never fun but especially on Christmas. I am glad you are getting better!!!
