Today Ben got it in him to be a smart-aleck. After repeated tries to get him to do what I needed him to do, I finally said to him, "no more Playstation" Hey, if he can't do things I need him to do then he can't do his thing. So at the devastating news of no more Playstation, he started mumbling..."Mmhmmteedee hmm MM!" Now I know he is saying something in disgust and disrespect. So I asked him to repeat it. "Mmhmmteedee hmm MM!" I said, one more time? Ben says, " I ALREADY SAID IT TWICE!!!" I said, "Well, say it loud as you just said THAT!" "Mmhmmteedee hmm MM!" ARGH!!! I did not try again to get him to repeat it but I did give him a lesson in disrespect and how if he is saying something under his breath like that then he already knows he is wrong. He has had a better attitude after that incident today.You can see his stubbornness in the photo above.
*sigh*
I'll tell you what...some days are all about having that tough love.

Yup! Welcome to motherhood! haha...the mouth doesn't stop til they get about 20. Then it begins to get better. Pretty soon they will show you how stupid you really are and how they know everything so much better than you. That you know absolutely nothing about everything. Mike used to get so mad saying the kids were just against him...I kept trying to tell him that it was their age, it had nothing to do with him.
