and it is so HOT! Oh, I just can't stand it! The plants can't stay watered because the water just evaporates too fast, and I have several plants that just look so dry and sick and some are turning brown. Oh, so sad! I want the cool weather back we had right after Katrina blew through. Oh! I hate the summer; the glaring sun; unrelenting heat that steals your breathe away; the pure discomfort you're in when you can't get cooled off. I am so looking forward to the true beginning of cooler weather, like I always do. I guess the Russian in me longs for that cool crisp air.

I like the fall, cooler weather, but it can't compare to the summer. I LOVE the summer time. Except in the summer time I stay so busy and active, I look forward to the fall and winter to get some rest.
